摘要
目的 探讨鼓膜冲击场对内耳有无保护作用。方法 豚鼠分别给予不同强度正压冲击波和负压冲击波,震后8小时和48小时分别观察内耳损伤,并用脑干电反应仪检测动物的听反应域变化。结果 正压和负压都可造成中耳损伤,负压伤组动物鼓膜穿孔比未穿孔组听反应阈比较有差异,正压伤组动物鼓膜穿孔比未穿孔组听反应阈比较无差异。结论 负压伤造成的鼓膜穿孔对内耳起一定的保护作用,正压伤鼓膜穿孔对内耳无保护作用。
Objective To explore the protect effects of tympanic membrane rupture on the inner ear after blast exposure. Methods Guinea pigs were divided into different blast groups(3 positive pressure blast groups, 3 negative pressure blast groups) and one group as control group. The damage of middle ears were examined, and the brain stem response thresholds were measured 8 h and 48h after blast explosion. Results Both positive and negative pressure can cause the damage of middle ear. There is a difference of AIBR thresholds between intact or ruptured tympanic membrane. Conclusion Tympanic membrane ruptured animals by negative pressure may play some protect effects on inner ear.
