摘要
目的 为使再造耳廓立体感强 ,同时缩短手术时间、减少创伤 ,介绍多孔高密度聚乙烯耳支架材料在全耳再造术中的应用。方法 依照健侧耳廓模型 ,将Medpor耳支架雕刻塑形后 ,置入耳后乳突区。 结果 自 1998年至今临床应用 36例 ,随访 1~ 2 4个月 ,其中 32例获满意效果 ,覆盖组织与支架贴合紧密 ,外形显现良好 ;4例支架外露 ,均经保留支架修复痊愈。结论 Medpor耳支架 ,立体感强 ,容易塑形 ,组织相容性好 ,不易变形 ,与使用肋软骨支架相比 ,无切取肋软骨之苦 ,且能缩短手术时间。其不足之处是弹性较差 。
Objective To introduce a biologic implant with good compatibility-Medpor helix framework, in application of ear reconstruction. Methods The framework was implanted at the retroauricular mastoidea after sculpture according to the model made from the normal ear. Results 36 cases have been performed using this framework since 1998 and followed up for 1~24 months, of which 32 cases got a good shape, exposure occurred in 4 cases which were managed without removal of the implant. Conclusion The Medpor framework is easy to carve, compatible and stable. It has less pain compared with rib cartilage. It′s defect is a little rigid and expensive.
