摘要
本文研究了稀土离子与钙调素(CaM)的反应.使用丹磺酰氯(Dansyl-cl)作为标记物,通过对丹磺酰基Cam(D-Cam)荧光光谱的研究可了解Cam构象之变化.本文得到了在单个稀土离子存在时D-Cam之荧光光谱,实验结果得出,在所有情况下荧光谱之峰值均产生了兰移,不仅兰移Δλ由15.7至40.7nm,而且峰的强度也由1.22到3.33倍增加不等(100μMNd^(3+)除外).作原子序数对Δλ的图时,可知有两峰出现,相应于Nd^(3+)(4f^(3+))及比H_0^(3+)(4f(7+3))的位置.由以上可知,当存在有镧系离子时,发生了Cam构象之变化及相应的反应.
In this paper, we have studied the cations of rare earth elements reacted with Ca2t-CaM by fluorescence spectrophotometry.Using Densyl Chloride as a labelled reagent, only through the investigation of fluorescence spectra for D-CaM Shall be able to understand a change in conformation transition of CaM molecular.We obtained all of the fluorescence spectra of D-CaM in the presence of individual lanthanide cations.Experimental results indicated that blue shift of peak wavelength occurred in all of the fluorescence spectra. Not only changed from 15.7nm to 40.7nm respectively,but also the peak increased in intention from 1.22 to 3.33 times (except 100micromoles Nd3+)In the plot of Atomic Number against blue shift(??), two peaks corresponding to Nd3+(4f3+)and Ho3+(4f7+3).From the above mentioned, it has been shown that conformation transition of CaM took place in the presence of lanthanide cations.
