神经外科发展的方向正由大体神经外科向微侵袭神经外科转变。微侵袭神经外科的主要内容包括立体定向神经外科,内镜神经外科,血管内神经外科和放射神经外科。微侵袭神经外科的发展得益于现代科学技术的发展及在神经外科的应用,其中技术创新起了关键的作用。
The development of neurosurgery is changing from the general neurosurgery to the minimally invasive neurosurgery. Their main field include the following aspects; stereotactic neurosurgery neuroendoscopy. endovascular neurosurgery and radioneurosurgery. The rapid development of minimally invasive neurosurgery is resulted from the applying of modern science and high technology. This article reviews the directions and applications of minimally invasive neurosurgery.
