摘要
目的 :探讨套筒冠义齿修复老年人牙周病伴牙列缺损的临床疗效。方法 :对 12例老年牙周病伴牙列缺损患者的 40颗患牙的牙齿松动度、 X线片、菌斑指数、牙龈指数和咀嚼功能 ,进行套筒冠义齿修复前、修复后的比较分析。结果 :该治疗方法能有效控制牙周菌斑 ,消除对牙周组织的创伤 ,牙齿松动度明显降低 ,使咀嚼效率增高 ,且美观、舒适、卫生。结论 :套筒冠义齿是老年人牙周病伴牙列缺损患者有效修复患齿的治疗方法。
Objective: It is to investigate the clinical effect of telescope crow denture on periodontopathy with dentition lack of the old. Methods: Forty teeth of twelve cases of periodontopathy with dentition lack of the old were accepted prosthesis. Before and six months after prosthesis, tooth mobility, X-ray film, bacterial plaque index, gingival index and masticatory function were compared and analyzed. Results: Through this way, periodontal plague was under effective control and periodontal trauma was eliminated. Further more it can diminish tooth mobility and improve masticatory function. Conclusion: Telescope crow denture is an effective restorative method in treating periodontopathy with dentition lack of the old.
