摘要
目的 探讨应用单侧外固定器治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折的并发症及防治措施。方法与结果 67例病人经 4个月～ 8年的随访 ,共有 15例病人出现 6类并发症 ,其中针道炎性反应 5例 ,固定针松动 4例 ,关节活动受限 2例 ,骨折延迟愈合 3例 ,畸形愈合 1例 ,腓神经损伤 1例。结论 认为并发症原因与外固定技术、手术操作、术后护理及功能锻炼有关 ,并对防治这些并发症提出一些手术注意事项及防治措施。
Objective To investigate the method of treatment of the complications of open fractures of the tibia and fibula using unilateral multifunctional external fixator Methods and Results 67 cases were treated with unilateral multifunctional external fixator and followed up from 4 months to 8 years.15 cases had complications;among them,5 cases had inflammation of needle path,4 loosening of the fixation wire,2 had limitation of joint motion,3 had delayed unnion,1 healed with deformity and 1 injury of peroneal nerve.Conclusion The occurrence of complication were related to the technique of external fixator,operation,nursing care after operation and functional training.
