摘要
目的 研究制备分离纯化高纯度人参皂甙Re、Rg1(GinsenosideRe、Rg1)标准对照品的高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法 ,为人参类保健食品及中草药中人参皂甙Re、Rg1的标准化定量分析方法提供标准对照品。 方法 人参总皂甙制成甲醇溶液 ;干法上柱 ,低压硅胶柱层析 ;步分离 ;真空浓缩 ;HPLC分离制备 ;真空浓缩结晶 ;纯度检测 ;产品。 结果 该法所得产品纯度大于 99% (HPLC) ,制备收得率大于 80 %。 结论 方法简便 ,生产周期短 ,产品质量高 。
Objective To establish high performance liquid chromatography produced method of Ginsenoside R e、R g1 standard. Methods Raw material dissolved in methanol; Separated on gel column by one step; concentrated in vacuum; Islation and purification by prepparative HPLC; Concentrated and crystallized in vacuum; Detecion of purification; Obtaining standard product. Result The purification of product is higher than 99% (HPLC) and ginsenoside R e、R g1 recovery from raw material by the produced method is higher than 80%. Conclusion The produced method is simple and repid, the product owns high and stabilized quality.
