c-kit原癌基因(Proto-oncogene)是猫逆转录病毒HZ4 FeSV v-kit癌基因的类似物,其结构与CSF-1R和PDGFR十分相似,基因产物是一种跨膜糖蛋白,具有酪氨酸蛋白激酶活性,细胞外部分则可能是一种受体,可接受细胞外信号的调节。 本文报道人c-kit原癌基因两个相邻片段的核苷酸序列及其结构特点。
Human proto-oncogene c-kit is the cellular homologue of the HZ4 feline sarcoma virus (HZ4 FeSV) oncogene v-kit. The c-kit gene product is highly homologous to the receptors for PDGF and CSF-1, and is a transmembrane glycopr-otein possessing the activity of the tyrosine protein kinase.We report here the nucleotide sequence and structural characteristics of the two neighbouring EcoRI fragments of the human proto-oncogene c-kit.
