摘要
目的 :探讨中西结合理论建立的理想切入点。方法 :分析西医学对“风湿热”、中医学对“痹证”的诊断和治疗方法的异同点。结果 :西医学先进的检测手段和技术 ,对疾病的诊断和治疗有独特的优势 ;而中医学的辨证论治 ,遣方用药对许多疑难杂证的治疗也独具特色。结论 :西医的现代诊断检测技术与中医的系统理论并重 ,有利于促进中西医结合。
Objective: Try to find out the position by which western medicine and the traditional Chinese medical science integration theory is set up. Methods: To analyze dissimilaries in the treatment and cures of the western medicine about 'rheumatic fever' and the traditional Chinese medical science about the 'Bi Zheng'. Results: It is a superiority of the advanced western medicine examination and diagnose technology toward disease diagnose and treatment; the using of traditional Chinese medical dialectical treatment for the difficult and complicated cases is special by making up prescriptions. Conclusion: The western medicine advanced examination and diagnose technology and the traditional Chinese medical science theory is the same important. We shall promote the integration of traditional Chinese medical science and western medicine.
