摘要
目的 :控制三黄片的质量。方法 :采用双波长扫描法对三黄片中黄芩苷进行含量测定。结果 :黄芩苷在 0 .2 1～ 1.6 0 μg范围内有良好的线性关系 ,回收率为 95 .8% ,RSD =2 .435 %。结论 :此方法简单、准确、重现性好。
Objective: To control the quality of Sanhuang Tablets. Methods: The content of baicalin was determined by TLC-scanning. Results: There was a good linear relationship at a rang of 0.21～1.60 μg for baicalin (r=0.998 6). The recovery was 95.8% and the relative standard deviation was 2.435 9%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
