摘要
作者在云南白族中发现一例快泳异常血红蛋白(Hb)。经化学结构分析,确认这例快泳血红蛋白的β链第59位的赖氨酸被天冬酰胺取代,为Hb J-Lome,此为云南白族中首次发现。
A fast moving hemoglobin with P chain variant was found in a 20-year-old man of the Bai nationality of Yunan, having electro-phoretic mobility similar to that of Hb J, by cellulose acetate electrophoresis. The structural analysis of this abnormal Hb showed to be Hb J-Lomeβ59(E3)Lys→Asn]. This is the first case of the abnormal Hb found in Yunan.
