摘要
加入WTO之后,我国各个行业都面临着全球化竞争态势。面对我国人口数量庞大、素质偏低的现状,国家领导人再次将开发人力资源能力建设提到新的高度。在新的形势下,电大必须尽快实现向现代远程开放教育教学模式的转变,才能保证自身的发展优势。
After our country becomes a member of WTO,all Chinese businesses will face the global competi-tion.Because of our large populatio n with a low quality,our government urges to promote the heightening of ou r human resources.Under the new situation,TV university must structure i ts new teaching systems to address modern long -distance open educatio n as soon as possible.Only in this way,can it maintain its advantages in education.
