摘要
激光诱导细胞融合是细胞工程中的新方法,无毒性和融合点的可选性是该方法的突出优点。Schierenberg(1984)曾在线虫卵裂期用激光微束融合分裂球以研究细胞的节律性。
This papers reports the experimental results of laser-induced fusionof fertilized eggs of different genera loach and presents a method toproduce fish chimera by fusion of fertilized eggs. The fusion of eggs of different genera loach and the embryonicdevelopment of fused eggs have been compared with the fused eggs ofsame species loach. There is an indication that two kinds of specialdevelopmental blocks exist on the development of fused fertilized eggs.In order to obtain high survival rate a proposal has been suggested.
