摘要
本文进行了芫荽愈伤组织、胚状体诱导条件的研究和体细胞胚的包埋、萌发以及幼苗移栽等过程的初步试验。在无菌条件下,人工种子的成苗率达82%,移栽到土壤中的成活率达83%以上。
Artificial seeds of coriander were produced by the procedure inclu-ding callus and somatic embryo formation, and embryo encapsulation.Thegermination capacity of the artificial seeds under sterile conditions rea-ched 82%,and the survival rate of the seedlings reached 83% after theywere transplanted into soil.
