摘要
目的 :探讨慢性肾小球疾病患者外周血CD6 2P、CD6 3的表达及其临床意义。方法 :采用流式细胞技术对34例肾小球疾病患者外周血CD6 2P、CD6 3水平进行检测 ,以 16例正常人作对照。结果 :肾小球疾病各组患者CD6 2P、CD6 3水平均显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;继发性肾小球疾病组CD6 2P、CD6 3表达水平明显高于原发性肾小球疾病组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :CD6 2P、CD6 3在肾小球疾病的发生、发展中起重要作用。
Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of CD62P,CD63 in glomerular nephritis.Methods:The expression of CD62P and CD63 in blood of glomerular nephritis were assessed by flow cytometry,being compared with the control(P<0.001).Results:CD62P and CD63 levels in patients were higher than those in the control(P<0.001).Conclusions:Expression of CD62P and CD63 in patients with glonerular nephritis are abnomal.CD62P and CD63 might play an important role in progression of renal disease.
