摘要
为了解护士存在抑郁情绪的现状 ,采用SDS量表对2 86名护士进行了调查。结果显示 :抑郁指数 <0 .5 ,占5 4.10 % ;0 .5～者占 2 7.2 4% ;0 .6～者占 17.91% ;≥ 0 .7者占 0 .75 %。不同年龄、不同学历、不同科室护士的抑郁发生率比较 ,无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。提示 :护理人员抑郁发生率较高 ,应引起有关护理管理者的重视。在重视提高护理质量的同时 。
To understand the status quo of depressive mood some nurses do have, 286 nurses were investigated by filling out SDS. Results showed that nurses with depression index <0.5 accounted for 54.10%. Nurses with depression index 0.5～ accounted for 27.24%. 17.91% of nurses had a depression index as 0.6～.Only 0.75% of nurses had a depression index≥0.7.There was no statistic difference in nurses with different age, different record of formal schooling, and from different department in terms of incidence of depression(P>0.05). Suggested that nursing staff had a high incidence of depression. Nursing administrators should think highly of it. And they should pay attention to both enhancing the nursing quality and fostering good psychodiathesis of nursing staff.
