摘要
从行为科学的角度 ,指出护理工作中常见的不安全行为因素 :①情绪不稳定 ,注意力不集中 ;②护士缺编引起的超负荷工作 ;③外界环境因素 ;④轮班频繁 ,身体不适。护理管理者要科学地分析护理差错原因 ,注意观察不安全行为 ,增强预测能力 。
From behavior science point of view, the author indicated some of common unsafe behavior of nurses in nursing work:①nurses with unstable mood and were absent-minded;② nurses had overloading work due to lack of authorized strength;③outside environmental factors;④frequent rotation of on duty makes one physically unwell. Suggested that nursing administrators should analyze the causes of nursing mistakes scientifically and pay close attention to unsafe behaviors of nursing staff so that one can prevent mistakes from happening.
