摘要 目的 :探讨 AQP7在大鼠睾丸的基因与蛋白质表达及定位。方法 :取 4周和 1 2周 Wistar大鼠睾丸 ,采用 RT- PCR、Western blot检测 AQP7m RNA和蛋白质表达 ,免疫组化检测进行其定位研究。结果 :大鼠睾丸有 AQP7m RNA和蛋白质表达 ,定位于减数分裂后的精子细胞和精子膜上 ,管周细胞也有 AQP7的阳性染色。结论 Objective: To localize AQP7 mRNA and protein expression in 4 and 12 week rat testis. Methods: Use the testes of Wistar male rats of 4 and 12 weeks old for RT PCR, Western blot and immunohistochemical localization of AQP7. Results: There were expression of AQP7 mRNA and protein in rat testes.It was localized in the membrane of meiotic spermatids, sperms and periductular cells. Conclusion : AQP7 is possibly related to spermatogenesis and the function of seminiferous tubule.
