摘要
张锡纯在《医学衷中参西录》中 ,喜用生黄芪入汤剂 ,且多作主药 ,其用量与当今法定剂量相近。是书有关黄芪的“生用熟用”说、“发汗止汗”说及“配伍知母”说 ,颇有新意。张氏论述黄芪的主要作用有补气升气、补气生血、益气固表、保摄气血、温补肺阳、补气固崩、补气益阴、祛风驱邪、利水消肿。
In the Experiences in TCM Medical Treatment Consulting West Medicine,Zhang liked to use raw 'Huang Qi' in his medicated Tang.In addition,it was always used as chief element,the usage a mount was always adjacent to the legal dosage.there are many theories with new meanings which are relative to 'Huang Qi',such as 'raw material usage and ripe material usage','perspiration promoting and stopping perspiration' and 'drug collocation with recognition on the importance of the chief drug'.Huang Qi′s major effect are:invigorating and exaltation Qi,blood invigorating,denefiting Qi and Body consolidating,consolidate of Qi and blood,warming lung′s Yang,invigorating Qi and pausing massive haemorrhage after childbearing,invigorating qi and yin benefiting,wind expelling and ailment cause expelling,diuresis is promoted and edema is dispelled.
