摘要
在改造的 Epson Stylus Color彩色喷墨打印机上进行小样喷墨印花前的预处理条件和染料的选择试验研究。通过试验发现 ,经阳离子改性剂 CM处理后 ,固色率达 99%以上 ,但在洗涤过程中会发生移色现象 ;而使用适当浓度的海藻酸钠或海藻酸酯进行预处理 ,可以保证图案的清晰度。Cibacron P型和部分 C型活性染料的固色率在 65 %以上 ,可以用作喷墨印花的染料。
With modified Epson Stylus Color ink jet printer, pretreatment conditions and dyestuffs optimization were carried out for trial ink jet printing. Via experiments, it is found that cationic modifier CM enables fixation yield over 99 %, but migration occurs during washing. Sodium alginate and alginate ester pretreatment can guarantee the sharpness of pattern, Cibacron P and part of C type of reactive dyes are suitable for ink jet printing as they imparts high fixation yield over 65 %.
