摘要
作为次级代谢产物的类黄酮在互花米草体内含量较丰富,江苏滨海废黄河口互花米草草场10月份草中含量最高,仅水提即可达6‰以上。互花米草类黄酮(TFS)的积累受生长季节、周围环境因子等的影响。TFS的积累与初级生产呈正相关,在^(14)C标记同化物的过程中发现,同化作用1小时后即有相当量的TFS产生,其比强高达10x10^6cpm/100mg以上。
The content of flavonoids as a sort of secondary metabolites in Spartina alterniflora, was rather rich. It was highest in the salt marsh plant growing near the estuary of old Yellow River, Binhai county, Jiangsu province, in October, 1989, and the percentage was over 0.6% with water extraction alone.The production of TFS (total flavonoids of S alterniflora)was dependent on seasons and environmental factors. It was positively correlated to the primary production of the plant.In the14C labelled photosynthesis,more content of TFS was determined after one hour assimilation and its radioassay was over 10×106cpm/100mg.
