摘要
捆钞机作为常用的银行办公自动化设备 ,噪声的大小直接影响到其大规模的推广应用 ,该机结构设计巧妙、紧凑 ,一般的减振降噪措施很难采用。由于 NOPD(Non- Obstructive Particle Dam ping)不需要占用额外的空间、几乎不产生附加质量而且减振效果好 ,恰好可以用于像捆钞机这类受力较小且结构紧凑的设备的减振降噪。通过在捆钞机摆轴、偏心轴和机架上施加 NOPD,使系统的噪声总体下降了 6 d B。
Money binding machine is a common OA equipment. Its noise level directly affects the application scope. Because of the unique design of money binding machines, there is almost no spare space, many measures for noise control cannot be used. NOPD is a new method for controlling vibration and noise. It needs no spare space and almost add no additional weight, so it can be used in the money binding machine. NOPD is used in the swing axis, the eccentricity axis and the main frame of the machine, the total noise is reduced by 6 dB, so the noise level reached to the standard of China.
