本文对废旧塑料（ＥＰＳ、ＰＥ）进行改性，并以改性后的废旧塑料为基料，制成彩色防潮防腐涂料．本文介绍了此涂料的配方、工艺，以及各组分的选择．
The thesis presents how to modify the disused EPS&PE, and how to produce the chromatic dampproof and anticorrosive paint basing on it. It also introduces the paints formula,techology and the seclection of the compositi on.
