摘要
本文就ZDPM液压盘磨机中浓打浆技术在我厂的应用进行了论述 ,生产表明 :较之于传统的双盘磨低浓打浆 ,ZDPM盘磨中浓打浆在提高产品质量、降低能耗、气耗及提高生产效率等方面具有明显优势 。
Application of medium consistency beating technology with ZDPM hydraulic pressure refiner in our paper mill is discussed.It is proved that there are more obvious superiorities on product quality improvement,energy consumption reduction and produce efficiency enhancement by comparing with traditional low consistency double disc refiner.It represents the new developing trend of beating technique.
