摘要
随着生活水平的提高 ,人们越来越关注食品安全。饲料添加剂的应用对提高动物生产性能、增强抗病力和提高经济效益发挥了巨大的作用。然而也带来了由于应用添加剂用量不当而造成污染环境和使畜产品的药残量高而危害人类健康等问题。从饲料添加剂的发展历史、应用现状和我国饲料添加剂存在的问题 ,分析了饲料添加剂的未来发展趋势 ,提出应以环境保护和畜产品安全为重点。
With the improvement of people's living standard,more and more people pay attention to the food safety.Application of feed additives has played great roles in promoting animal productive performance,enhancing animal disease resistance and increasing economic profits of animal production.However,many problems have been appeared in use of additives caused environment pollution and too much remains of medicine resulted from abuse of medicine in feed additives,which can or have endangered the people's health,etc.The authors analyzed the development trend of feed additives and suggested that we should pay more attention to environment protection and animal product safety from developmental history of feed additives,current condition of application and the problems existed in use of feed additives in our country.
