摘要
农产品贸易历来是WTO协调争端的重要方面。湖南是一个农业大省 ,加入WTO对湖南农业的冲击主要表现在农业生产、农产品出口、农业管理体制、农业组织形式及农业人口就业等五个方面。应正确看待加入WTO对湖南农业生产的积极作用和不利影响 ,实施比较优势战略 ,扬长避短 ,尽量减少对湖南农业的不利影响 ,以保证湖南农业的稳定。
Consulting dispute in farm produce trade is always the key part engaged by WTO. Hunan province is a big agricultural one. Affer joining WTO, great impact on its agriculture mainly lies in the following aspects such as agro-yield, farm product export, agro-management system, agro-organization form and agro-populazation. It is very important to look over the positive and the negative effect by the joining, and through comparative advantage straregy studies to maximize the favourable factors and trying to decrease its disadvantage, to minimize the unfavourable ones for the stable and healthy agricultural development in Hunan province.
