摘要
对籼型两系与三系杂交水稻源库特征的比较研究结果表明 :齐穗后水稻群体的高效叶面积指数( LAI)、矫正光合势 ( APP)等源特征指标值及总库容量、籽粒充实度、势容比、群体干物质生产量、产量在组合间差异达显著或极显著水平 ,两系和三系中各有指标值高低的组合 ;其主要差别在组合间 ,而不在两系和三系两种类型之间 ,两系杂交稻未有明显的优势。两系籼型杂交稻的发展应充分利用两系法的优势 ,不仅要选配总库容量大、千粒重高的组合 ,更要选配齐穗后高效 LAI、 APP、 CGR等源特征值高的组合 ,齐穗后有较强的干物质生产能力。
A comparative study on the source sink characteristics of two line indica hybrid rice with those of three line hybrid rice was conducted during heading to ripening stages. The highly effective LAI and adjusted photosynthetic potential, total sink capacity, grade of filled grain, ratio of APP to sink,dry matter production and grain yield were analyzed. Results indicated that the significant difference of source sink characteristics occurred within the same line hybrid rice but not between the two kinds of hybrids, there was no obvious heterosis of source sink characteristics of two line indica hybrid rice.It was concluded that selecting better rice parents with high yield source sink structure and utilizing superiority of two line system was important to develop two line indica hybrid rice.
