四川三台有机膨润土制备实验研究 被引量:8

The Preparation of Organic Bentonite with Calcic Bentonite from Santai,Sichuan

摘要 以四川三台钙基膨润土为原料 ,对其进行提纯、钠化、铵化 ,并利用十八烷基二甲基氯化铵等三种阳离子表面活性剂对钠化、铵化、提纯膨润土进行了制备有机膨润土的试验研究。结果表明 ,利用三台钙基膨润土能够生产出合格的有机膨润土 。 The processes of purification,sodium and ammonia activation of calcic bentonite from Santai,Sichuan were investigated in this paper.Organic bentonite from this kind of material after treatment with octadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and other two cationic surfactants was prepared in the laboratory.The results revealed that preparation of organic bentonite with calcic bentonite from Shantai is a suitable way for rational utilization of the mineral resources.
