摘要
天生桥一级水电站面板堆石坝为特大型面板堆石坝 ,混凝土面板总面积 17.15万m2 ,分 3期施工。下期面板施工前 ,在对上期面板进行检查时发现 ,面板与大坡面产生脱空 ,其主要原因是施工组织欠妥、大坝沉降量大及水库蓄水使面板产生挠曲变形所致。处理措施为 :采用水泥粉煤灰浆液灌注脱空部位 ,对于减少面板裂缝有着积极的意义。其处理方法 。
The large concrete face rockfill dam of the Tianshengqiao No.1 hydropower station was constructed in three stages,with its total area of concrete facing of 171 500 m\+2.Before the next-stage concrete facing works started,it had been discovered that local facing element concrete placed in the previous stage had been divorced from the rockfill sloping surface.The reason for this phenomenon was imperfect construction control,large settlement of the rockfill dam and deflection of facing element due to the reservoir impoundment.The treatment measure was to use a grout mix of cement and flyash to grout the cavity zones under the facing concrete.This treatment measure has active significance for diminishing cracks in facing concrete.
