摘要
针对我国大型建筑企业的现状及入世后我国国内和国际经济形势发生的变化 ,分析了我国大型建筑企业所面临的机遇与挑战。在此基础上试图从企业方面 ,政府职能转化方面 ,行业的项目管理方面 ,国家政策方面 。
This paper analyses the chance and challenge to the large construction corporations of our country according to the exiting state of large construction corporations as well as the change of domestic and international economic situation after access to WTO. It also intends to make out the general advices and developing methods for the domestic large construction corporations in different aspects such as company operation,function transforming of government,projects management of industry and government polices.
