摘要
对汽车轴载质量测定仪样机测试精度的分析和统计检验表明:静态测定汽车轴载质量的误差小于0.1%FS,动态测量试验测量误差的置信区间均在允许误差范围之内。轴载质量测定仪动静态各项测量指标均能满足设计要求。
Through the analysis of the test results of the sample automobile axle weighing instrument and the statistic test numbers, it is shown that the static measurement of the automobile axle bearing weight meets the requirement of the design precision, that the confidence intervals of the dynamic measuring errors are within the allowable errors, and that all the dynamic and static measuring indexes of the automobile axle weighing instrument meet the design requirements.
