摘要
我国汽车工业面临的主要问题：企业规模普遍偏小，产业集中度低；技术落后，缺乏自主开发能力。造成这种现状的主要原因：汽车市场成熟度低，缺乏有效的竞争机制；政府监督机制失调、力度不够；研发投入不足，投资过于分散；人才缺乏等。因此，发展我国的汽车工业必须从系统的角度出发，实行技术创新、制度创新、组织创新的一体化互动创新战略。
The main problems which China automotive industry is faced are as follows: The enterprises' scale is nol big e- nough generally, industry concentrahon low, short of self - developing ability. The main reasons for the above - said status are due to lower mature degree of the vehicle maret, short of effective competition system, govemmnt's control system not adequate or unadjustable, investment for the research and development not enough, investment scattend, short of qualified personnel and so on. Therefor the development for the China automotive industry must focus on the view of system, carry on an integrated interac- tive strategy of which the technical innovation, system innovation and organization innovation should be carried out.
