治疗前列腺增生症网状支架位置与术后疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的 :探讨治疗良性前列腺增生症 (BPH)网状支架位置与术后疗效。方法 :4 0例进行网状支架治疗的BPH ,对支架的位置及术后疗效进行 3～ 5年观察。结果 :近精阜组 2 2例中 ,术后近期内 (3月 )向远端移位者3例 ,向近端移位者 1例。远期 (3～ 5年 )向近端移位并结石 2例 ,前列腺持续生长并尿潴留 1例。近外括约肌组 18例中 ,仅前列腺持续生长并尿潴留 1例。结论 :网状支架位置位于尿道内口距外括约肌
