摘要
目的 :观察小剂量三尖杉酯碱治疗紫癜性肾炎的近期疗效。方法 :三尖杉酯碱 1mg +生理盐水 5 0 0ml/d静脉滴注 ,5～ 7d为 1疗程 ,间隔 2～ 3周 ,总共 3～ 6疗程。结果 :2 0例中显效 12例 (6 0 % ) ,有效 8例 (40 % )总有效率 (10 0 % )。结论 :小剂量三尖杉酯碱治疗紫癜性肾炎有效、安全 ,使用方便、费用低廉 ,值得临床应用。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of low-dosage harringtonine (Har) on Henoch-Schonlein nepharitis (HSN). Method:1mg of Har add to 0.9% natrii chloridum 500ml VD every day for 5 to 7 days as one course.They were used every 2 or 3 weeks,for 3 to 6 courses in all.Results:Among 20 patients,the obvious efficiency was 60% (12/20),the effective rate was 40%(8/20),the overall response rate was 100%.Conclusion:The methods of Low-dosage Har treatment on HSN is safe,effective,convenient and unexpensive,it can be widely used.
