摘要
本文用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用装置分离分析了吉林栽培西洋参挥发油中的化学成分及相对含量,鉴定出37种化合物。其中倍半萜类化合物有26种,约占总挥发油的75%,为西洋参挥发油中的主要成分。同时探讨了倍半萜类及皂甙的可能生合成途径。
This paper presents the content of volatile oils in roots of Panax quinquefolium L., cultivated in Jilin Province of China.The chemical components and relative quantities of the volatile oils were analysed by means of GCMS Computer apparatus. Thirty-seven compounds were identified on the basis of the data from computer and mass spectrograph analysis. There were twenty-six kinds of sesquiterpenes in the volatile oils which made up about seventy-five percent and were considered important components of the volatile oils of Panax quinquefolium L.
