The best length of time for treating seed tuber with TDP is 1 hour. The quantity of seed tuber seedling a 18.3 Per cent increase over check. The activity of hydrogen Peroxidase is increasea. The death rate of seedling is reduced to 8.05％ compared to check in the field. The difference of innate quality of cultivated Seedling is obvious.
