摘要
本文采用简单小室装置,多波长面积积分紫外分光光度法研究了氮酮(Azone,A)对酮康唑(Ketoconazole,KCZ)的透皮吸收作用,证明24h时,3%A可使KCZ的透皮吸收率增加2.85倍。同时用抛物线拟合法建立了不同时间下A浓度对KCZ透皮吸收率的数学模型,用此模型准确求得了A对KCZ透皮吸收的最佳用量为2.56%±0.335%.此研究对制订外用KCZ制剂处方中A的最佳用量奠定了基础。
A simple cell was used as experimental apparatus. The Ketoconazole concentration was determined by multi-wavelength areal integral UV-spectrophotometry. The methematic model of ketoconazole transdermal absorption rate at different azone concentrations was evaluated by the parabolic curve fitting method. The best concentration of azone for transdermal absorption of ketoconazole was 2.56±0.335%. At 3% azone, the transdermal absorption rate of ketoconazole in 24 hours increased by about 2.85 time.
