摘要
瑞典钢铁公司Tunnplat厂板坯连铸机改造一期工程于2000年7月完成,内容包括铸机机头的改造、在4号连铸机上安装奥钢联开发的DYNAFLEX液压振动装置以及在4号和5号连铸机上安装HYDROWAM液压调宽系统.这一改造的主要收益是提高设备作业率、增大操作灵活性、增加连铸机产量以及改善板坯质量.计划于2001年实施的二期改造将包括4号连铸机铸坯导向系统的改造.
The first phase of a slab caster upgrade at SSAB,Sweden was completed in July 2000 It comprised the modernisation of the machine head and installation of VAI's DYNAFLEX oscillator on the No 4 caster as well as the installation of a hydraulic width adjustment system (HYDROWAM) on casters No 4 and 5 The main benefits of this modernisation are higher machine availability,greater flexibility,increased production capacity and improved slab quality The second phase of modernisation, scheduled for implementation in 2001,will consist of the revamping of the strand guidance system of caster No 4.
