摘要
介绍了手刹固定座切边、冲孔模具的结构 ;分析了成形过程中的受力情况 ;提出了模具结构的设计方法。较好地解决了手刹固定座的生产工艺问题 ,取得了显著的经济效益。
The structure of compound mould of trimming and punching for settle socket of grip brake is introduced; the processing force conditions are analyzed; the design method of mould structure is also put forward. All these are convenient to solve technology problems and achieve signally benefits.
