摘要
总结了注塑件常见的缺陷征兆———原因表 ,描述了BP神经网络的建模过程 ,指出了正向推理技术存在的不足 ,提出了应用人工神经网络技术对注塑件缺陷进行混合诊断的方法 ,最后应用C语言 ,编制了智能诊断的实现软件。
The common fault symptom reason table of injection parts is concluded, and a model of BP neural network is constructed. The disadvantage of the forward diagnosis for injection part fault is indicated and mixed diagnosis for injection parts faults are put forward by using artificial neural network. At last, the software on intelligence diagnosis is complied by C language.
