摘要
通过对马钢 2 5 0 0m3 高炉冲水渣工艺的分析 ,研究了粒化泵出口水压与冲制箱出口水速间的关系 ,指出冲渣水的动能 (通过水压反映 )是影响水渣堆比重和粒度的主要因素。利用实测数据提出了它们之间关系的经验公式 ,此公式可用于确定适宜的冲渣水压 。
Based on the analysis of slag granulation process at Ma Steel's 2?500?m 3 blast furnace, the relationship of water pressure (P) and water velocity was observed. It was showed that the kinetic energy of water (corresponding to the water pressure) was an important factor influencing the bulk density and size of the granulated slag. This paper gives an experiential formula to express the quantitative relationship of water pressure (P) with the bulk density (γ) and size (D) of the granulated slag. The formula can be used to determine a reasonable water pressure so as to reduce the production cost.
