摘要
本文从保证网络传输质量 Qo S与网络资源利用率出发 ,讨论分析了一种流量控制与缓冲策略 ,在两方面之中找到一种两者兼顾的方案 ,并展示了缓冲时间 ,与端端延迟的计算方法 。
From the start for ensuring network transmission quality and developing network resource exploitation rate, this paper discusses and analysed the flow control and buffer strategy. The scheme considering both parts has been found between two aspects. The calculation of buffer time and end to end delay has been developed. Finally, the design procedures for user interface in network transmission has been given.
