几种果树花粉营养的研究 被引量:7

A Study on Nutritional Compositions in Pollens of Several Species of Fruit Trees

摘要 本试验借助氨基酸自动分析仪、高压液相色谱等对枣、酸枣、核桃、苹果、梨、桃、杏等果树花粉中的蛋白顶、氨基酸、可溶性糖、维生素、黄酮类化合物和矿质元素等进行了系统研究。结果表明,花粉中不仅营养物质含量很高,而且种类齐全,配比良好,并与谷物、豆制品、乳制品有良好的蛋白质互补作用,其营养价位高于牛肉、鸡蛋、小麦、玉米等食物,花粉不仅是珍贵的食物资源,也是天然的药物资源;花粉的种类不同,其营养成分含量差异较大,但枣品种间差异不大。 In this test,the nutritional compositions in pollens of Chinese date, walnut,apple,pear,peach and apricot were determined by the aid of amino acid analytic instrument,high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC)and others.The main results were as follows: 1.The eontents of amino acids in pollens were very high.The nutritional value of pollens was higher than milk,eggs,beaf,wheat, maize and so on. 2.Pollens were precious additives of foods and they might be put into grain,bean products and dairy products. 3.Pollens were not only a valuable resource of food,but also a natu- ral resource Of medicament.
