摘要
本文用热重法研究了煤的水蒸汽非催化气化反应的动力学.在常压、化学动力学控制条件下,考察了温度、水蒸汽分压及煤焦细孔比表面积对煤气化反应速度的影响,在实验条件范围内求出了煤的水蒸汽气化动力学方程.
The non-catalytic gasification reaction of coal char with steam has been studied by thermogravimetry.For the kinetic analysis of non-catalytic gasification reaction of Shen- bei brown coal,Nanning brown coal,Jiaozuo bituminous coal with steam,the effects of temperature,steam partial pressure and coal char pore specific surface area on gasification rate were investigated at atmospheric pressure under chemically controlled conditions.The Langmuir-Hinshelwood type rate equation was proposed to follow precisely the experimen- tal data.
