摘要
文章从感应同步器、光栅和磁栅的工作原理出发,分析了它们的共性和差异,利用当代的微电子技术和计算机技术,给出实现感应同步器、光栅和磁栅兼容的数显表的基本方法。
In this paper, based on the principle of inductosyn, optical grating and magnescale system, we discusse what is something in common and what is something in difference. With the aid of modern electronic technique and computer technique, a basic method to make a compatible inductosyn, optical grating and magnescale digital readout system is given.
