摘要
玉米小斑病菌(Helmidthosporitim maydis)在 T 和 C 细胞质术育系上连续继代侵染15代后,对 T 和 C 细胞质雄性不育系和相应正常细胞质保持系的致病力均明显提高。其中尤以在 T 和 C 细胞质玉米上提高更快.因而大面积种植单一的品种,特别是种植含有单一的雄性不育细胞质的玉米将会对小斑菌的生长与侵柒形成一种极为有利的条件而加速导致小斑病流行的可能, 因为雄性不育细胞质玉米对小斑菌的侵染比较敏感。
After successiyely infecting T-cms and C-cms lines of corn through 15 generations,the virulence of H.maydis to T-cms,C-cms lines and their corresponding normal cytoplasm maintainers significantly increased,esp- cially to the above two.It is evident that monoculturing single cultivar of corn,especially the corn with male-sterile cytoplasm,will provide a favorable selective opportunity for H.maydis and speed up inducing the epidemic of southern leaf blight of corn,for the corn with male-sterile cytoplasm is susceptible to it.
