摘要
本文以5只繁殖期健康成年雄貉的肾脏、睾丸、肾上腺及胰腺器官为材料,用 Bouin氏液固定,经石蜡切片和 H—E 染色,于光镜下观察其组织结构,结果表明貉具有别于其他一般哺乳动物的组织特点。肾上腺被膜中神经节及神经纤维发达。皮质中弓形区与束状区之间有一明显过度带。肾上腺髓质、肾间质及睾丸间质中有大量浆细胞。睾丸白膜下有一明显血管膜,其曲细精管中支持细胞数量多而且形态典型;睾丸纵隔只限于睾丸头且其小隔薄而不完整;胰腺中胰岛于深层多见。
Samples of several internal organs including kidney,testis,adre- nal glands and pancreas of five healthy adult male racoon dogs were fi- xed in bouin's solution,paraffinwax sliced and stained with hemat1o- xylin and eosin,then the samples were observed microscopically.The results revealed histological features different from other mammals. Ganglions and nerve fibres were well developed in adrenal capsulae.There was an apparent interband between the arch and bundle areas.Large quantity of plasmacytes were seen in adrenal medulla,renal and testical mesenchyma.A tunica vasculosa was clear- ly seen under testieal albuginea.In convoluted tubules there were nu- merous supporting cells which had typical configurations.The medias- tinum testis,being limited to the head,was thin and incomplete Lang- erhans'islands were much more distributed in deep tissues of the pan- creas.
