摘要
本文从冲压机器人工作频率高的特点出发,阐明了要满足冲压机器人工作频率的要求,关键是缩短手臂气缸的动作时间。通过分析研究,提出了手臂采用气缸复合运动机构。实践证明,这种新机构对提高冲压机器人工作频率效果显著,采用普通标准气缸就能实现手臂高速运动。
On the basis of the high operating frequency of the punching robot,thit paper expounded that in order to meet the needs of the working frequency of the robot, the key is to shorten the acting time of the cylinder arm.By means of analysis and study, the cylinder-compound movement is proposed for the robot arm, and practice has proved that the effect of the new mechanism is remarkable for raising the working frequency of the punching robot. Furthermore, the common stand ard cylinder can be adopted to realize high speed movement of the arm of the robot.
