摘要
本文应用酶组化电镜和放射免疫检测技术(RIAs),对给予外源性雄激素的大鼠骨骼肌纤维运动终板和血睾浓度进行了研究观察。结果表明,实验组血睾浓度随给药时间的延长,逐渐上升(P<0.05)。服用雄激素可使各型肌纤维运动终板神经终末部内突触小泡数量增多、电子密度增高、AChE终末反应产物电子密度增高;长期服用后,上述变化明显减弱,并可见各型肌纤维终板神经终末部内的线粒体肿胀、空泡化,接头褶松散、短缩和数量减少等一系列超微结构的病理变化。因此,本文认为运动员为提高运动成绩而服用雄激素的危害远远超过其可能的益处。
Using histochemical electron microscopy and RIAs, we observed the changes of ult rastructure of skeletal muscle motor end-plate of rat injected with androgen (testosterone propionate)for 12 weeks. The results revealed that androgen injection caused gradual increase of the number of synaptic vesicles in motor end-plate, increase of electronic density of synaptic vesicles, and increase of reaction product of AChE in nerve terminals of motor end-plate and we found pathological changes of ultrastructure in nerve terminals of motor end-plate in animals injected with androgen for 12 weeks. Therefore, we consider that it is more harmful that athletes takeandrogens for improving their Physical condition.
