赖氨酸钴复合物可以作为神经追踪剂。通过钴标记,可研究神经的顺行和逆行纤维联系。本文阐述了该方法的原理,并介绍了改良的赖氨酸钴方法的操作步骤。
The cobaltic-lysine labelling technique is a useful tracing method which renders possible the investigation of the structural organization of the nervous system, In this paper the improvement of cobaltic-lysine labelling method is summarized including a brief account of the histological procedure
